Carpe Diem

At this point, I write mostly "hero's journey" stories. I don't write genre, but my "mainstream" stuff all deals with human conditions and relationships, including love. So you can easily call my novels "romantic" if you only look at the "romantic love" part. But usually my books deal with more than that.

I write about strong characters -- "heroes" who take control the truth within our current existence. I like a good sci-fi or fantasy story, but I don't like writing them -- to be that's just a tad too much escapism. I like to write about Carpe Diem -- because, seriously, that's all we have: TODAY. This life.
